Marenova Psychiatry & Wellness

Facility partnerships

Your residents.
Your team.
Our shared purpose.

Thoughtful psychiatric support that works alongside your nursing and care teams. Together, we build clearer care plans, support continuity, and help residents feel understood — wherever they call home.

01 / Alongside your nursing team

Nursing Homes

Complex medical needs deserve a connected psychiatric plan. We work with the director of nursing, floor nurses, attending clinicians, and pharmacy to understand baseline function, recent changes, and the resident’s goals.

Assisted Living / Memory Care

Residents need support that fits their daily lives. We coordinate with wellness directors, nursing staff where available, direct-care teams, primary care, and authorized family members to address mood, sleep, adjustment, and dementia-related distress.

Discuss memory-care support

One provider. A clearly defined partnership.
Marenova is a solo-provider practice. Services depend on clinical fit, state licensure, provider capacity, consent, and a written facility agreement. Hospitalizations cannot always be prevented, and a reduction in readmissions is not guaranteed.

03 / A clear scope of care

What We Provide

Dependable collaboration starts with shared expectations. We confirm service scope, referral eligibility, documentation, and escalation responsibilities before care begins.

Defined boundaries help teams escalate to the right level of care.

  • Emergency on-call sedation, rapid tranquilization, or chemical restraint services.
  • 24/7 on-call coverage, continuous monitoring, or guaranteed same-day assessments.
  • Emergency treatment of delirium, intoxication, withdrawal, or medical instability.
  • A replacement for on-site nursing, primary care, neurology, or emergency services.

For acute deterioration, follow your emergency pathway.
Sudden confusion, severe medication reactions, threats of imminent harm, or medical instability need immediate clinical triage. Activate the facility's medical or emergency response; call 911 for immediate danger. Referral messages are not an emergency service.

04 / The next step, thoughtfully

Discuss a facility partnership

Begin with a non-clinical conversation about your Florida facility, care setting, and coordination needs. Keep individual resident information out of this first inquiry.

What to discuss first

For facility administrators, nursing leaders, and professional referral contacts.
  • Your facility’s name and Florida location.
  • Your care setting: nursing home, assisted living, or memory care.
  • Your professional name, role, and business contact details.
  • General service and coordination needs, without resident-specific details.

Resident privacy comes first

This website does not collect resident information or accept records. Do not send names, dates of birth, diagnoses, medication lists, insurance identifiers, or documents through a general inquiry or ordinary email.

Before any resident referral, request the practice's designated secure communication instructions. Consent, authorization, clinical fit, and capacity are reviewed separately before care is established.

A partnership inquiry does not submit a resident referral or confirm acceptance for care. For urgent concerns, follow your facility's medical or emergency response procedures.
